Refund Policy
1. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Full or partial payments confirm your order and secure your booking.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery.

Orders cancelled after production has started are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized cakes cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

The product is significantly damaged before collection or upon delivery by us.

The product is not as agreed (major error, not minor design differences).
Please note:

Minor variations in colour, design, or decoration do not qualify for a refund.

Taste and personal preference are subjective and do not qualify for refunds.
4. Delivery & Courier

We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party couriers.

Once the order has been handed over for delivery or collected, the responsibility transfers to the client.
5. Claims Process

All refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Clear photo/video evidence must be provided.
-
Products should not be fully consumed before a claim is made.
6. Resolution

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A store credit

7. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, false claims, or failure to follow care instructions.
