Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Full or partial payments confirm your order and secure your booking.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery.

  • Orders cancelled after production has started are non-refundable.

  • Custom and personalized cakes cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is significantly damaged before collection or upon delivery by us.

  • The product is not as agreed (major error, not minor design differences).

Please note:

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or decoration do not qualify for a refund.

  • Taste and personal preference are subjective and do not qualify for refunds.

4. Delivery & Courier

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party couriers.

  • Once the order has been handed over for delivery or collected, the responsibility transfers to the client.

5. Claims Process

  • All refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear photo/video evidence must be provided.

  • Products should not be fully consumed before a claim is made.

6. Resolution

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • A partial refund

    • A replacement

    • A store credit

7. Abuse of Policy

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, false claims, or failure to follow care instructions.
